- General conditions
These conditions are include the full rental agreement. - Reservation
The booking application is a binding contract of reservation. The applicant is responsible for keeping all contractual obligations. He is also responsible for all participants in the application.
The contract is concluded with the booking confirmation on the part of the BEVERLY WEEKEND. - Payment
The owner of the resort requires a full or partial payment in advance for a reservation. Only after receipt of this payment in advance, a reservation is final. The balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival. - Security deposit
With every rental a security deposit of min. 300,00 € is required. The amount charged depends on the size of the property you booked. The amount is shown on your travel documents. The deposit is refunded at least 14 days after departure of the tenants, after deduction of the costs that are not included. Damages are settled through the deposit. If the amount of your energy consumption and/or damage or cleaning exceeds the deposit, there will be a bill be made out and sent to the tenant. - Cancellation
Following compensation shall apply in the case of cancellation by the customer:- 10% of the contract sum, if the cancellation takes place 8 weeks before your intended arrival date.
- 25% of the contract sum, if the cancellation takes place between 8 and 4 weeks before your intended arrival date.
- 50% of the contract sum, if the cancellation the 4th and the 2nd week is carried out prior to the intended arrival date.
- 100% of the contract sum, if the cancellation occurs less than 1 week before your intended arrival date.
In case of cancellation on the part of the BEVERLY WEEKEND due to force majeure, the owner of the resort will inform you immediately. You will get your prepayment, if any, back promptly.
- Allocation of the apartments
If no contrary contractual provisions exist, the guest apartments are available for check-in from 16:00 (4 PM). On the day of departure, the guest must check-out the apartment before 10:00 (10 AM). - Guest behaviour
Each guest is required to show his/her ID card, to allow for the registration as required by law enforcement. He/She must also sign the registration on his arrival at the facility.
The guest must behave according to the house rules of the resort – the rules of the house are available for inspection by every guest.
Any serious or repeated breach of these house rules entitles the owner of the resort to the immediate termination of the contract without prior notice.
The guest shall be liable to the owner of the resort for any damage caused to persons, buildings, furniture or equipment of the resort and the places that are open to the public, by himself/herself, was caused by visitors, pets, and others related to him/her. It is not allowed to organise student parties, bachelor parties, drinking parties,… - Smoking
Our facility is a non-smoking complex. All apartments, hallways, elevators, as well as the complete leisure area and the restaurant are non-smoking areas. You are welcome to smoke on the balconies. - Accommodation tax – visitor’s tax
We charge the tourist tax of 1,85€ per person from 12 years per night on the day of arrival on site. - Pets
Pets are allowed in the 3 apartments on the ground floor. Only dogs are allowed. If a guest wants to bring a dog into the resort, he is obliged to inform the owner of the resort at the time of reservation. He is also responsible, and must not leave the animal. A flat fee is charged for the animal. The owner of the resort may refuse the inclusion of animals at any time without any reason. - Complaints
Complaints regarding the services rendered cannot be accepted if they are not received in writing by the owner of the resort within a period of seven days after the occurrence. - Disputes
This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, and the parties irrevocably consent to bring any action to enforce this Agreement in the courts located in Eupen, Belgium. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all previous written or oral agreements between the parties with respect to such subject matter.
