Here is some detailed information about the holiday apartment “Rocky”, with view on the Lake of Bütgenbach, in the Belgian Ardennes. De minimum stay for the apartement is 2 nights.

Our resort is aimed in the ♥ Beverly Midweek for 2 ♥ to couples and families with max. 4 adults.

A 3rd or 4th adult in the 2nd bedroom in the loft bed is possible for an additional fee of 59,00€ per person and stay. If you book for 2 persons, you can book up to 2 additional travel companions (from 18 years). Maximum 4 persons (including children up to the age of 3 years)
Children up to the age of 3, in their own travel bed in the living room, stay for free.

It is not allowed to organize student parties, bachelor parties, drinking parties …

In this holiday apartment you will find:

  • Departure: Wednesdays or fridays until 10 AM

    • Late check-out may be possible upon prior request at an additional cost

  • Minimum stay: 2 nights

The incidental costs of 120 € per stay includes:

  • Equipped with fresh bed linen and towels on arrival
  • Final cleaning (without cleaning up and waste disposal)

Energy costs:

  • The rent includes the normal consumption for heating, water, electricity and gas

Not included in the rental price - Please note:

  • We charge the tourist tax of 1,50€ per person from 12 years per night on the day on arrival on site.
  • The persons in the loft bed will be charged with 59,00€ per person on arrival on site.
  • Security deposit: 300€ to be paid upon check-in (cash or credit card)
