Here is some detailed information about the holiday studio apartment “Tropicasy”, with view on the Lake of Bütgenbach, in the Belgian Ardennes. The minimum stay for this apartment is 2 nights.

You can book up to 2 additional children under 4 years in their own travel cot.
Children up to the age of 3 years, in their own travel cot in the living room and bedroom, stay free of charge.

It is not allowed to organize student parties, bachelor parties, drinking parties …

This holiday apartment is studio style, with a private Jacuzzi and modern furnishings. It is fully equipped and includes:

  • studio living-/bedroom with a double bed, satellite TV with internet and DVD/ Blu-Ray Player, 2 armchairs and a sofa
  • fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, stove with ceramic hob and oven, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, microwave oven, electric kettle, hand blender, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans
  • bathroom (with hair dryer) with shower
  • toilet

Pets are not allowed in this holiday apartment.

  • Arrival: Monday, wednesday or friday between 4PM and 7PM
  • A arrival later than 7PM is possible by prior arrangement at an additional cost
  • Departure: sundays until 7PM, mondays, wednesdays or fridays until 10 AM
  • Late check-out may be possible upon prior request at an additional cost
  • Minimum stay: 2 nights

    The incidental costs of 140 € per stay includes:

    • Equipped with fresh bed linen and towels on arrival
    • Final cleaning (without cleaning up and waste disposal)
    • Wi-Fi Internet connection
    • use of our sauna and infrared cabin

    • use of our fitness room
    • use of our game rooms (billiard, games,...)

    Energy costs:

    • The rent includes the normal consumption for heating, water, electricity and gas

Not included in the rental price - Please note:

  • We charge the tourist tax of 1,50€ per person from 12 years per night on the day on arrival on site.
  • Security deposit: 300€ to be paid upon check-in (cash or credit card)
